“Senior Mechanical Engineer” and “Mechanical, Hydraulic Systems and HVAC Service Manager” with 11+ years of comprehensive experience especially in the facilities maintenance. I have been worked with ”TAV Airports” for nine years in Enfidha Hammamet International Airport in Tunisia as “Hydraulic Systems and HVAC Service Manager”. And then I worked with ”MNG – MAPA Construction” in Ghana for more than one year in the project of construction of a new terminal in Kotoka International Airport as “Head of Mechanical Department”. Recently I occupied the position of Technical Manager /Site Manager in Azalaï Hotel Nouakchott Mauritania. I have a confirmed experience in the maintenance of the HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, Pumps, Extractor fans, Recycle units, Chillers, Boilers, Air conditioners, Electrical systems and Automation…), the hydraulic systems and plumbing installations, the fire fighting systems, the drainage, the water piping networks, and potable and waste water treatment plants.

Hydraulic Systems and HVAC Service Manager
Location : Tunisia – Sousse
– Managed a mechanical team of 18 technicians.- Elaborated the maintenance planning for the mechanical, plumbing and HVAC installations of the airport according to OEMs, supervise and ensure its application.- Prepared spare part needs.- Prepared the budget of the department (CAPEX and OPEX).- Managed the new mechanical works and HVAC projects.- Monitored the energy and water consumption.- Followed-up of KPIs, prepared reports (activities, energy management…), and ensured documentation.- Ensured the reparation of the fuel hydrant system of the airport (project manager): cutting the damaged pipes, welding, radio test, hydraulic test, flashing and drying, pressurizing with nitrogen.- Got many trainings for the quality management ISO9001, Environment management ISO14001, Occupational Health and Safety management OHSAS 18001, Energy management 50001 and projects management, in addition to other working tools trainings like MS project, Access, Excel…- Systems: HVAC facilities, electrical and control systems, water pumps, plumbing, fire-fightingsystems, drainage, water piping networks, water treatment plant, fuel hydrant system.
